Well, I went to this branch and, as is customary in these stores, its very friendly staff, except that today I went for a cell phone and after checking prices and models I liked one that was on free telephony. The lady who attended pressed a lot but normal for the price of the equipment maybe he thought he would not take it maybe because of my looks I paid for it and he continued to deliver the equipment and you know what to put refills on it according to 150 and all that show but the straw that broke the camel's back was when he approached a family who asked questions about the teams and a young lady in a red shirt told them old shit if they don't bring money so they can ask. I went to the cashier and he suggested that we file a complaint and I emphasize that Coopel staff are always attentive, it is only those telephone ladies who do not give good service to customers.
