★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando visito a Coppel siempre me antienden bien pero el día de hoy fue un servicio pésimo, la señorita del banco llamada esmeralda durante mi transacción bancaria me ofreció un seguro de vida y al rechazar el seguro se mostró con una actitud no muy buena detuvo mi servicio y dijo que estaba bloqueada mi cuenta para retirar dinero y me pasó apertura de cuentas, al preguntar el porque no me dio explicación. fui a apertura de cuentas y la otra señorita de nombre linda se mostró muy descontenta al decirle lo que había pasado en ventanilla, tuvo una actitud muy negativa su cara de mal genio donde me hablaba muy golpeado y aventaba las cosas y todo porque? por rechazar un servicio que no quise??? por favor gerentes de Coppel capaciten mejor a sus empleados como a estas señoritas en referencia a servicio al cliente, que muestren respeto y no tengan una mala actitud ( no todos los empleados son malos solo algunos como en este caso ellas dos ) Gracias
