Steal less fortunate people's money through extremely high interest rates on electrodomestics that will rust before the debt is paid. Mr Coppel is one of the richest men in Mexico, hunting off the same socioeconomic prey he creates. 0 stars.

Customer service is awful. You always have to track someone down to get a ticket filled out and they are usually sitting in a group talking like they are on break or they are on their phone and act like doing thier job is a huge inconvenience. They often don't have things in stock, we just went to get a mattress, none of them were available, everything was going to be 2wks! Thier prices are comparable to the US, so expensive by Mexico standards, but you can find things that are difficult to find elsewhere, like waffle irons and crockpots.

I use the in-store Bancoppel for receiving WU money. There are almost always very long queues but, when you eventually get to one of the four tellers, they are courteous and efficient (Cesar is the master though). If they added space for a couple more tellers this rating would go higher. I don't use the store as you can help local businesses by buying their goods.

Shopping center with many things, such as t-shirts backpacks computers electronics televisions clothing, they even have bicycles in anything that's great for a Christmas gift considering it's the only shopping center in this area I would probably highly recommend it. There are also many eateries very close by that are very delicious, and clothing stores as well, that provide things different than the shopping center does.

Overpriced CHINESE knockoffs aka Replica Merchandise in many departments. Trying to return something in mint condition even with the original receipt is an hour long ordeal of incompetent undertrained employees having to test the same function over & over to only come up with the same exact result. That the unit works but does not even closely handle the minimum advertised watts or RMS. Why? Because it's a cheap replica of the original product from China. Watch the employees very carefully while they are testing your return so they don't break anything & then blame you. Once that is figured out & they agree to do the return, they then refuse the return if you do no agree to allow them to take your UK id/passport to make a copy of it. ???? There is no reason why any company in Mexico would require a copy of your out of their credit rating system id. That sure sounds like attempted identity theft to me. Fortunately I comprehend their laws better than them, so I received my return only 25 minutes later by talking to the actual store manager. Coppel can combust into ash for all I care. Shopping there is stressful all in itself. No one knows anything technological wise. However they will sure pretend they do & follow you around the store while you try to ignore them because they won't be quiet nor understand you do not require their no- helpful so-called help. They are on top of you with a magnifying glass bothering you, trying to sell you what you do not require. They obviously make some sort of commission per sale as no sales people are this annoying for free.

Great, they didn't carry what I was looking for but the sales person told me the store to go to and gave me directions.

Grateful that I can shop here for things unavailable elsewhere; however, I have never seen such inefficiency and incompetence in my life. Different checkout stations for different items. If I want clothes and toys I have to purchase the clothes and them move to another line to purchase the toys. Such inefficiency. I can't pick some items off the shelf, rather I have to find someone to take note of the item and then pick it up at the counter. The staff cares more about how my mask is on my face than doing their jobs properly. I could go on but really just sad that's it's a necessary disappoint.
