Lo que esta para quejarse es la entrega de los productos simplemente lo botaron a lado de mi camioneta y me quede esperando para ver en que momento lo fijaban y podía irme con mis productos ( colchón, base y cabecera) nadie llegó. Entre a preguntar al personal que entrega los productos y me dijo que era todo. Que yo me tenia que encargar de buscar como llevarlo. En cualquier lugar te acomodan tu mercancía. Pésimo servicio de ese "colaborador" nada servicial.
The staff that attends you in the apartment has an excellent disposition. What is to complain about is the delivery of the products, they simply threw it next to my truck and I waited to see when they fixed it and I could go with my products (mattress, base and headboard). Nobody arrived. I went in to ask the staff who delivered the products and they told me that it was all. That I had to take care of finding how to take it. Your merchandise can be accommodated anywhere. Terrible service from that unhelpful "collaborator".
