Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, nur die Kommunikation war nicht ganz so einfach. We have a Mexican SIM card for our stay and wanted to recharge it, instead an employee set up a better contract for us, including a SIM card, for a very reasonable price. Very nice employees, only the communication was not that easy.
O	Olegario Tun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un mal servicio , la cajera está de mal humor y no cuenta bien con el dinero que le pagas , contó 5 veces mi dinero que le entregué completo y al final termino diciendo que m hacia falta 200 pesos por darle , que la cambien y pongan a una que sepa contar y atender a las personas , no un favor nos hace , está cobrando un sueldo ....... It is a bad service , the cashier is in a bad mood and does not count well with the money you pay her , she counted 5 times my money that I gave her in full and in the end I ended up saying that I needed 200 pesos to give her , that they change it and put to one who knows how to count and attend to people, she is not doing us a favor, she is receiving a salary .......

No chairs available for waiting to speak with a BanCoppel agent. Limited shoe size and won't transfer from one store to another. Personnel, some of them are not willing to pick up the phone and call another store to ask if the shoe size is available elsewhere in the store chain.
