★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar necesita una urgente auditoría de calidad en recursos humanos es lamentable que la mayoría de los empleados ni un saludo te dan y creen que ellos te hacen un favor al atenderte, contados son los empleados Amables y cordiales ( qué aclaró qué hay tiendas Coppel donde todos los empleados son súper coordiales y eficaces) esta tienda lamentablemente es la excepción.
Tiene muy poca variedad de zapatos en marcas haciendo algo tedioso poder elegir algún par de tu preferencia pero esto dependerá de cada quién.
El BanCoppel con el que cuenta la tienda únicamente tiene dos ventanillas, un ejecutivo y un cajero automático lo que fomenta largas filas en algunos momentos del día.
Un punto bueno que tiene es que puedes pedir artículos de la página en linea y puedes hacer un tipo click & collect directamente desde la tienda con un envío súper rápido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gusto que no tengan la más mínima consideración a los adultos mayores ni a las personas con alguna capacidad diferen, ya que los pretenden obligar a subir (porque arriba esta el banco) ni tienen rampas, ni tampoco opciones para que el servicio sea más fácil para ellos, no es más que un lugar donde si compras te tratan bien, y este comentario es para los jefes, ya que los empleados solo siguen sus reglas, ojalá nunca lleguen a viejos, o les pase algo en las piernas y pretendan que los esperen medio año para que haber si les hacen las remodelaciones.
Esta tienda tienda no es incluyente y las autoridades no hacen nada para que lo sean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una sucursal reducida y céntrica en el centro del municipio la atención es buena y el personal es amable, productos de buena calida cambio la fachada aun que el espacio sigue sie do el mismo, es muy caluroso adentro en el area del banco por falla en sus aire acondicionado.
