Me salió un billete roto en el cajero automático y no me lo quisieron cambiar.!
Y por si fuera poco, no me quisieron dar seguimiento para dictaminar por parte de banco de México.
Terrible service from ATMs and teller machines.
I got a torn bill at the ATM and they didn't want to change it for me!
And as if that were not enough, they did not want to follow up on me to rule on the part of Banco de México.
