★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mayoría de los empleados muy amables. Pero la persona de la entrada necia que dejara mi mini mochilita en la paqueteria, traia objetos de valor como mi carters y mi celular y era pequeño. Pero no comprendo porque habia mas personas con bolsos grandes y a ellos no les decia nada :(
Most of the employees very friendly. But the person at the foolish entrance who left my mini backpack in the parcel, brought valuables like my carters and my cell phone and was small. But I don't understand why there were more people with big bags and I didn't say anything to them :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, fui a realizar un retiro al cajero y no funcionaba y ningún empleado era capaz de hacerlo saber, los mismos clientes te decían, ahora quise retirar en cajas de abono y cuando me pare decidieron reiniciar su sistema y me mandaron a cajas de banco donde había una fila bastante larga y tardaban demasiado por lo mismo de que no servía el cajero automático y las cajeras de caja de abonos no te atendían.
Terrible, I went to make a withdrawal to the ATM and it didn't work and no employee was able to let me know, the same clients told you, now I wanted to withdraw in deposit boxes and when I stopped they decided to restart their system and sent me to bank tellers where there was a fairly long queue and they took too long because the ATM was not working and the cashiers at the subscription box did not attend to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now a remodeled clothes store but as always a Coppel they treat you well in a long corridor yellow store, this one has is touch cuz is near the most known plaza of Xalapa, Sauces, where you may find the market anda lot of groceries stores and food tents and the bus stop to the nearest towns.
