★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En coppel Santa Rosa, pedimos k preguntarán por un calzado a otras coppel, nos dieron tres direcciones donde según ellas si había, fuimos a las 3 direcciones y no encontramos, nos enviaron a coopel Serdán o tte Azueta y tampoco hubo, la verdad k estrés k las trabajadoras no sean empáticas con los clientes. Tuvimos k comprar el calzado, en otro lugar. Quise abonar en una caja en la parte baja pues no puedo subir escaleras en este momento, y pues k no podía, la persona de una caja de la parte baja que está cercana a zapatería. No sé que les pasa pero salí muy molesta de ahí.
In coppel Santa Rosa, we asked that they ask other coppels for shoes, they gave us three addresses where, according to them, there were, we went to the 3 addresses and we couldn't find them, they sent us to coopel Serdán or tte Azueta and there was no stress, really k the workers are not empathic with the clients. We had to buy the shoes, in another place. I wanted to pay in a box in the lower part because I can't climb stairs at the moment, and because I couldn't, the person in a box in the lower part that is close to the shoe store. I don't know what's wrong with them but I came out of there very upset.

It is the one closest to me and it is usually quite well stocked with everything, they have always treated me well but the Covid protocols are not so cool. Other than that all good :)
