Lo que si es bastante y muy necesario es concientizar al personal de la importancia de ofrecer un buen servicio al cliente, se desempeñan sin ánimos, sin interés más que solo hacer una función muy simple para cubrir su asistencia a su trabajo y obtener su sueldo... Creo que hace falta compromiso con su trabajo de servir y atender al cliente, cumplir una misión laboral y empresarial.
