La oferta de productos en general es poca, quieren abarcar todos los departamentos pero tienen pocas cosas en joyería, zapatería, juguetes y muebles especialmente
Van dos ocasiones en que tomó un producto y al pasar a pagar se equivocan de precio o no era el que correspondía, la atención en general es mala tirandole a regular,
Algo que está muy mal es que no den acceso al ascensor especialmente la gente que lo necesita se ve limitada ya que nadie sube o baja por ascensor
Recomendaría más visitar el coppel de Tlatlauquitepec o alguno del centro de Teziutlan, mucho mejor atención y facilidades (los del centro de Teziutlan no tienen estacionamiento)
