★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La tienda está muy bien pero va uno a hacer compras y el personal no encuentra el producto y te dicen que si hay y al final te piden tarjeta , registran u todo con mucho tiempo y al final no hay producto en existencia , más información a sus trabajadores para qué sepan lo que la tienda maneja y no lo hagan a uno perder mucho tiempo

En la ventanilla del banco ,todo muy bien, ojalá mejoren la atención, es muy útil esa sucursal, ojalá no la truenen los empleados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En realidad muy mal servicio y las cajeras no te saben asesorar. Los pagos no te los respetan debido a que cada compra que hagas tiene su propia fecha de corte, y entonces tienes que estar yendo a cada rato a la tienda a hacer el pago correspondiente de cada compra.
Actually very bad service and the cashiers do not know how to advise you. Payments are not respected because each purchase you make has its own cut-off date, and then you have to be going to the store at all times to make the corresponding payment for each purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal fue amable, bromearon, se portaron atentos y lo importante es que fueron muy accesibles al momento de resolver un conflicto. He visitado otros Coppel en Torreón, Gómez y Lerdo y es el único dónde reciben con buen humor y te tratan con respeto.
The staff was friendly, they joked, they were attentive and the important thing is that they were very approachable when resolving a conflict. I have visited other Coppels in Torreón, Gómez and Lerdo and it is the only one where they receive with good humor and treat you with respect.
