★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuvimos una pésima experiencia y no fue culpa de los empleados si no de su sistema, el vendedor se equivocó al vendernos unos tenis y NO HABÍA MANERA DE CANCELARLO y que nos devolvieran el dinero, por qué los que pedí eran mas económicos, tuve que gastar a fuerzas la diferencia alrededor de $250 que no esperaba gastar por qué su sistema no permite esas devoluciones. Muy conveniente para Coppel esa regla, espero corrijan esto aunque la verdad lo dudo.
We had a bad experience and it was not the fault of the employees but of their system, the seller made a mistake when he sold us some tennis shoes and there was NO WAY TO CANCEL IT and get the money back, why the ones I asked for were cheaper, I had to spend you force the difference around $ 250 that you did not expect to spend because your system does not allow those returns. Very convenient for Coppel that rule, I hope they correct this although the truth is I doubt it.

Sólo había tres personas en fila adelante de mí y el tiempo de espera fue nefasto. Además, hay empleados que toman el lugar y eso quita tiempo a clientes. Una cosa más, parecía oxxo en el cual hay varias cajas y no atiende más que una persona.
