★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like Coppel. It reminds me of shopping in the States, so nice and tidy. Everything you need to make your casa feel like you never left the San Fernando Valley. Not to be a bit indifferent, but for many that gotta-have-it is an undeniable must have. My friend and l were looking at the new line of phones coming out, most can only be ordered online and delivered in order to get the low introductory prices advertised. The staff in all of their Puerto Vallarta locations are very knowledgeable and and want to help their customer's find what you are looking for. Xiaomi am unknown brand in the US is not only popular here in Mexico, but gas taken over as number one in several quarters this year, and l see why. Amazing phones at a fraction of the overpriced brands that add hundreds of dollars just because of their brand name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ @Carol, the person you observed was my son and I whom went there to order our kitchen cabinets probably spending over $20,000.
But the female attended at the door stopped me and told me my son and I could not enter because I had a backpack. I was surprised I didnt think much of it, I ordered an Uber and waited.
While waiting I observed the same door attended allow 2 different woman with backpacks similar to me without any harrasment, I asked her why she allowed them in and not me, she smiled, then laughed and shrugged. Then I asked for the store manager and she was apprehensive but they did finally come.
Not once did I hear an apology, nor did I receive an answer of why I was not permitted to enter with my bag but 2 woman in 2 different occassions were allowed in. He had no answer because this practice is the absolute definition of prejudice.
Its good to know the values of this company so I can spend my money else where.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This BanCoppel location is the worst. It is the only location that I have trouble receiving money transfers from Western Union. They are uneducated and ignorant! They are argumentative and have no interest in customer service. They are rude and don't listen to you. If I were you I would never enter the BanCoppel location near Macro Plaza on Avenida Francisco Villa.

Deliveries were handled quite well too with cooperative staff.
