Me toco la mala experiencia de que a un señor de edad avanzada le hicieron sacar tarjeta sin explicarle de nada, sin que el señor la quisiera, muy mal por el personal por solo querer ganarse unos pesos más hacer ese tipo de cosas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El 90% de las veces que voy a pagar los cajeros son muy muy lentos, filas muy largas y pocas veces están utilizando dos cajas, son muy lentos para el manejo de cajas... Otra cosa, las personas que están en caja, no saludan a los clientes al entrar su turno de pagar, no tienen empatía, y a veces están platicando con algún compañero de la tienda que se acerca a platicar de los planes que tendrán cuando terminen de trabajar sin importar su atención al cliente... Y la verdad, solo voy a comprar a Coppel porque debes en cuando puedo encontrar cosas buenas, pero en cuanto al tema de las cajas les falta mucho, no es muy bueno el servicio, de hecho me atienden mejor en un changarro de botanas que en Coppel. Es una lastima.
