★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, compre un telefono, me dijeron que cualquier cosa tenia garantia de 1 year, el telefono no funciono ni tres horas, y no me lo quisieron cambiar ni dar mi dinero... Pense que eran una tienda seria, pero no hacen valer sus garantias, o mas bien no explican a la hora de comprar como es, solo te dicen que te garantizan tu compra pero no se hacen responsables, MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA!!!
Very bad service, I bought a phone, they told me that anything had a 1 year guarantee, the phone did not work for three hours, and they did not want to change it or give my money ... I thought they were a serious store, but they don't worth their guarantees, or rather they do not explain when buying how it is, they only tell you that they guarantee your purchase but they are not responsible, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El establecimiento es limpió, la atención al cliente es un poco mala (No en todas las áreas) los productos que ofrecen cumplen en su mayoría las necesidades del consumidor, la tienda en la sección de tecnología no se hace responsable por la falla de un producto y es un punto o detalle que no se te menciona solo se te indica que la garantía aplica con la compañía y no con la tienda. Es algo que al consumidor no se le especifica y por obvias razones califico al lugar con 4 estrellas.
The establishment is clean, the customer service is a bit bad (Not in all areas), the products they offer mostly meet the needs of the consumer, the store in the technology section is not responsible for the failure of a product and it is a point or detail that is not mentioned to you, it is only indicated that the guarantee applies with the company and not with the store. It is something that the consumer is not specified and for obvious reasons I rate the place with 4 stars.
