★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 horas para hacer un tramite de credito, me cambiaron el afore sin que yo estuviera totalmente de acuerdo me lo plantearon como un "beneficio" me obligaron a hacer una compra mínima que no planeaba realizar el tipo que me atendio me dejo solo al preguntarle que habia de compra minima (100) y solo me dijo "hay varias cosas" y se largo

It could be better, but the managers have no idea what CUSTOMER SERVICE is, they are despotic and arrogant, I co pro often there. You should give them a Training in Management for Results.
