★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalación grande y la atención muy buena pido productos en línea y en sucursal me resolvieron inmediatamente ( necesitaba una talla más en calzado) no tenían el modelo y me devolvieron en automático el dinero,buena app y excelente sucursal,a seguir cazando ofertas.
Great installation and very good service. I ask for products online and in the branch they solved me immediately (I needed one more size in shoes) they did not have the model and they automatically returned my money, a good app and an excellent branch, to continue hunting for offers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pienso que les falta más atención al cliente, hoy entré todos se encontraban platicando con sus compañeros el unico y solo el de la entrada me dio la bienvenida y buenas tardes. Muchachos atentos al cliente, llegué hasta el abonos, pase por el área de calzado no me pelaron, pase por ropa, llegué hasta el área de bicicletas y nadie se acercó, por eso se merecen dos estrellas.
I think they lack more customer service, today I came in, they were all talking with their colleagues, the only one and only the one at the entrance welcomed me and good afternoon. Guys attentive to the customer, I got to the subscription, I went through the footwear area they didn't peel me, I went through clothes, I got to the bicycle area and nobody came, that's why they deserve two stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio del responsable del área de ropa para jóvenes, estaba revisando una talla de camisa para mi hijo y mencionó que no podia sobreponerla, o medirla fuera del probador. Tenía que entrar mi hijo al probador. Mi hijo tenia su playera puesta y encima se iba a probar la camisa. Pero yo no podía entrar al probador por ello estaba revisando afuera y de muy mal modo Alzó la voz mencionando que se metiera al probador. Al final hicimos eso sólo para que no estuviera gritando.
Bad service from the person in charge of the clothing area for young people, I was checking a shirt size for my son and he mentioned that he could not put it on, or measure it outside the fitting room. My son had to enter the fitting room. My son had his shirt on and on top of that he was going to try on the shirt. But I couldn't get into the changing room so I was checking outside and in a very bad way He raised his voice mentioning that he should go into the changing room. In the end we did that just so he wouldn't be screaming.
