★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En el Bancopel rara vez tienen efectivo para hacer un retiro a menos que sea menos de 500 peso, aunque tengas tus cuantas de ahorro ahí es difícil retirar dinero cuando lo necesitas, a vece te mandan a otra sucursal... en ese aspecto son muy deficientes.
In Bancopel they rarely have cash to make a withdrawal unless it is less than 500 pesos, even if you have your savings accounts there it is difficult to withdraw money when you need it, sometimes they send you to another branch ... in that aspect they are very deficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una gran tienda pero han cambiado de tener un gran número se cajas a solo una por piso y al fondo, lo más fondo, de la tienda.
Ayer fui y el personal estaba en el celular y otros estaban platicando entre ellos, desatendido al cliente.
En general es una excelente tienda. Tal vez ayer solo fue la excepción.
It is a large store but they have changed from having a large number of boxes to only one per floor and at the bottom, the bottom, of the store.
Yesterday I went and the staff was on the cell phone and others were talking to each other, unattended to the customer.
Overall it is an excellent store. Maybe yesterday was just the exception.
