Mala experiencia de compra ya que desafortunadamente ofrecen algún servicio o beneficio al cliente y ni los gerentes saben interpretar su misma publicidad. Tienen un letrero en cajas que ofrecen igualar el precio de contado de cualquier articulo que sea exacto al que ellos venden y cuando pedí esa opción me dieron vueltas, vinieron gerentes y lo peor que ni ellos mismos conocen las promociones. Tuve que reportar al 800 de coppel y solo ahí me dieron solución 1 día después, tuve que enviar evidencia de los precios claro esta. Anexo foto de publicidad.
Good attention. Good location, ample parking. Bad shopping experience since unfortunately they offer some service or benefit to the customer and not even the managers know how to interpret their own advertising. They have a sign on boxes that offer to match the cash price of any item that is exactly what they sell and when I asked for that option they gave me the runaround, managers came and the worst thing is that they don't even know the promotions themselves. I had to report to 800 coppel and only there they gave me a solution 1 day later, I had to send evidence of the prices of course. Attached publicity photo.
