Bought an extra suitcase for presents that we bought in Mexico. After shopping around at the markets and at Walmart, Coppel had the cheapest price for one. 550 pesos for a carry-on wheeled suitcase.

It is a weird shopping and buying experience, as you have to find a clerk to write up items you want, each item with the same girl or guy and they have a lot to look at on 3 floors. And believe me it's not like having a personal shopper at your side. Prices were not clearly marked and that was frustrating, as before I found a gal to take my orders I had to know the prices. And, a few items were discounted way down and I felt they were the last in stock (and they were)..anyways, I was worried someone else would get to the checkout with it on their list before me (lol- it didn't happen, but still..)...so anyway then you go pay and then go to the next spot at the counter to pick up your purchases. Sometimes shopping I add up the dinero while stuff is in my cart and put stuff back because I feel I am over my limit. Anyway, the gal was nice and we had a couple of laughs, especially at the check out when I went ? at the total. Jeje. I don't know if they are on commission, but if they aren't, they should be. They have some really great prices, so I couldnt stop...the store is air conditioned, clean and they have good brands and nice people. I only knocked the 5th star off because of the absent prices not knowith if it was the last item, and if so, who gets it if more than one person had it on their list.? it was uncomfortable at first, as I wanted to shop and it was more like buying, once it goes on the list..you literally don't see it adding up. I wonder if it is a privately owned company or public. May be a good stock pick??‍♀️ I am a bargain shopper and think Coppel has some really good offers and I am super happy with my purchases, which I could barely fit into my vehicle. Ps. That wouldn't have been a problem either,as I believe that they have free delivery when one spends X amount of pesos.

They remodeled the store over the past year...but they need to revamp their customer service. Over 10 items that I looked at had no price tag and no one near to ask for assistance. (Nor price check station) We were told to carry our items for purchase from the 3rd floor to to 2nd only to be told those "particular items" needed to be paid for on the 1st floor. There was a line for the cashier. 3 persons behind the counter but only one attended. After paying for items the cashier got up and walked away witbout saying a word. Another employee came to ask for my receipt, checked the items and placed them ina bag for me. I had to approach 8 employees on 3 different floors to buy 3 christmas decor items....not something you want to do during a pandemic! Not to mention they allow people to bunch up at the main door..the same one people enter and exit rubbing elbows.

Three floors of products sold in all stores. Not always the best quality but they do have most of what anyone would be interested in.

This is a pretty neat store. It has housewares and decor, kitchen cabinets, shoes really cute cheep baby clothes and more. Things can be ordered online in store and at home delivery to your house. It's really worth a look if you haven't stopped in yet.

A wide variety of products in a department store with experience and specialized in sales, loans and customer service. They have their bank inside as well as the area to help with pension funds retirement plans. If you need house appliances and more, this is the place.

Good medium size department store. They sell Computers, smart phones, TVs, toys, shoes, bicycles, motorcycles and some appliances. They were able to install the SIM chip in the phone I bought there and it worked OK.
