Hablé directamente a la tienda y sólo me contestaron una vez diciendo que no tenían tiempo para comunicarme con el área de entrega y que marcara nuevamente hasta que me contestaran llame nuevamente y ya no me contestaron la llamada ya hice mi reporte en línea coppel pero no me dieron respuesta
En general muy mal servicio
Ya no tengo confianza en hacer pedidos ni compras con entrega a domicilio porque no me dan razón de mi pedido
