La calificación ideal sería cero estrellas.
Compré unos aretes en línea y fui únicamente a recogerlos, ahí me tuvieron primero como media hora, para decirme que no llegaron ahí, cosa que desmenti, después no los encontraban, resulta que la persona que los recibió, los guardo tan bien que nunca los encontraron, la "solución" de la gerente era devolverme mi dinero, cosa que no acepté, me dijeron que esperara unos minutos y así paso el tiempo, hasta que exigí que ya se me atendiera, le dije a la gerente que la verdad era muy deficiente el trabajo de los empleados en esa sucursal incluida ella, porque su trabajo es resolver y ya habían pasado 2HRS, por una simple entrega que debía demorar 15 minutos.
