★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total disappointment. I paid in full for a living room set on May 6th. I was promised delivery on Friday May 11th...it never arrived even though I had called several times to make sure it would be delivered. But no it was not. I called the following morning (Saturday)to see if in fact it would be delivered today. I finally spoke to Yousef (sp?) and he assured me the furniture would in fact be delivered today. Again I kept calling the store. The clerk told me that her boss had gone home and when she called him he said he had been sleeping. By this time it was 6 pm. My husband and I drove to the store and asked for a refund. I'm appalled at the lack of consideration for the customer.

They don't even deserve my comment they have terrible extremely terrible service no customer service whatsoever do you do not follow policy and they're very rude I don't recommend to come to this store awful and it would it was a nightmare as well.
