★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el sábado llegué a la tienda aproximadamente a las 19:40 y en la entrada del estacionamiento la policía estaba con su celular y no me dijo que ya estaba cerrada la tienda; entramos al estacionamiento, salimos hacia la puerta y lo mismo con los de seguridad de la entrada, nos paramos en la entrada y solo nos voltearon a ver y siguieron platicando, como no nos abrieron ni se quitaron de la entrada supuse que ya estaba cerrado, aun faltando 20 minutos para el cierre.
El día de hoy mi mamá entró a la tienda a comprar lo que no pudimos comprar ese día y en toda su estancia la estuvieron siguiendo como cuidando que no se fuera a robar nada, se midió un par de huaraches y la empleada que la estaba siguiendo fue a verificar que estuvieran los dos huaraches.
En general no me gusta Coppel y no frecuento las tiendas, y ahora menos vuelvo a pisar un Coppel en mi vida.
 Terrible service, on Saturday I arrived at the store at approximately 7:40 p.m. and the police were at the entrance of the parking lot with their cell phone and they did not tell me that the store was already closed; We entered the parking lot, we went to the door and the same with the security at the entrance, we stopped at the entrance and they just turned to see us and continued talking, as they did not open us or remove themselves from the entrance I assumed it was already closed, still missing 20 minutes for the closing.
Today my mother went to the store to buy what we could not buy that day and throughout her stay they were following her as taking care that she did not steal anything, she measured a couple of huaraches and the employee who was following her He went to verify that the two huaraches were there.
In general, I don't like Coppel and I don't frequent the stores, and now less do I step on a Coppel again in my life.
