★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar con un pobre servicio de atención, en donde se presentan con un aire prepotente, donde incluso, me toco ver la forma déspota hacia los empleados. si bien levante mi queja por dicho comportamiento, soy consiente de que no será presentado a los superiores. para no poner el nombre y exponer a la persona solo mencionare el cargo de la misma, el cual ostenta el puesto de gerente de banco, espero que esto puedo obtener apoyo de la gente que a sido consiente de dicha problemática.
 Place with poor customer service, where they are presented with an arrogant air, where I even had to see the despotic way towards the employees. although I raise my complaint for such behavior, I am aware that it will not be presented to the superiors. In order not to put the name and expose the person, I will only mention the position of the same, which holds the position of bank manager, I hope that I can get support from the people who have been aware of said problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos corrieron de la tienda. Entramos a las 5:50pm, no sabía que cierran a las 6PM, fuimos a hacer una devolución. Desde la entrada dijimos a que íbamos, y no mencionaron que debíamos hacerlo en 10 min. Pésimo pésima manera de tratar al cliente. No hay excusa para corrernos de esa manera. Sin argumentos simplemente salgan de la tienda que vamos a cerrar.
They kicked us out of the store. We entered at 5:50 pm, I did not know that they close at 6 pm, we went to make a return. From the entrance we said that we were going, and they did not mention that we had to do it in 10 min. Lousy lousy way of treating customers. There's no excuse for us to run off like that. Without arguments, just leave the store that we are going to close.
