This Location Was Ok But Not What I Was Told. I Was Told It Had Outstanding Customer Service Along With Great Products and Even A Bank Inside The Store. The Coppel Bank Has A Numbering System So Everyone Gets A Turn, I Was Not Impressed With The Attitude and Rudeness Of The Employees At The Coppel Bank, Another Flaw Is That They Do Not Exchange Dollars Into Pesos, They Give You The Money That Has Been Sent From The U.S. But They Dont Exchange Physical Money If You Have US Dollars. The Merchandise They Have Looks Great and Has Great Quality But Alot Of The Isles Can Be Difficult To Navigate When It Gets Busy Due To Getting Messy During Busy Hours. Lots Of Employees That Circle Around Are Also Very Rude and They Will Hover Over You If They Think You Might Steal Something. I Felt Very Uncomfortable Trying To Shop With The Eyes Of An Employee Hovering Like I Was Trying To Steal Something. A Bit Over Priced Too.
