They charged me VAT to invoice me and they never invoiced me, some things they do well but others like the ones I bought did not last at all, poor quality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en atención al cliente, cotizas algún trabajo, te dan un costo, ya estas consiente de cuanto vas a pagar y después te dicen que es más,y lo peor de todo es que si no estas de acuerdo te quieren cancelar el trabajo ( aunque tu todavía lo quieras y no le hayas dicho que lo cancelen, aceptas pagar, pero les dices tu inconformidad), porque se tiene que hacer como ellos dicen, no vuelvo a ese lugar. ?
Terrible customer service, you quote some work, they give you a cost, you are already aware of how much you are going to pay and then they tell you that it is more, and the worst of all is that if you do not agree they want to cancel the work ( even if you still want it and you haven't told them to cancel it, you agree to pay, but you tell them your disagreement), because it has to be done as they say, I won't go back to that place. ?

No respetan tiempos de entrega. Hacen compromisos que no cumplen. Tienes que estar detrás de ellos por días con muchos mensajes y llamadas para cada cosa que necesites.
Incluso cuando te atiende la que parece ser la gerente, la atención es pésima.
En este lugar no tienen idea de lo que es una buena atención al cliente.
BAD SERVICE.
They do not respect delivery times. They make promises they don't keep. You have to be behind them for days with many messages and calls for everything you need.
Even when you are attended by what seems to be the manager, the attention is terrible.
They have no idea what good customer service is at this place.
