Not only is this man really generous with helping you figure out your needs and what he’s capable of doing in his shop, but he is also willing to help you practice Spanish and learn all of the technical vocabulary you need to know when making a request in a stationary store that can only speak Spanish. Vocabulary I learned? “To scan” “Make a PDF” “When will you be finished?” And a host of other really practical words that I need to move life forward. It was literally the most important Spanish lesson of my life, and I’ve studied Spanish all of my life, in the United States! He also cut me a good deal for a bulk job that I couldn’t get done anywhere else in the city, for the same price, which was really important in this desperate hour of mine! Alejandro is literally going to be your life line in the city. He is the type of business owner that goes above and beyond the call of duty, travels The Extra Mile for your success, and I do not say this lightly because I’ve encountered hundreds of thousands of miserable businesses in my own life that absolutely hate their customers. My overall experience at Copy Print Express was stellar, an utter delight (And I almost never say this about stationary stores!). Alejandro did lots of tedious work for me in a matter of days and to perfection. He was great and easy to talk to, and helpful in so many other ways I’ve mentioned above. Also, his staff were incredibly sweet and friendly and I came away pleased with the job finished to perfection and ultimately feeling like Queretaro was my new home. Imagine that!
