★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pedimos 9 libros de copia a color y no las tenían una semana después, la copia de pesima calidad y el precio no lo confirmaron porque no lo tenían en su listado. El personal grosero por teléfono y en persona. Para no volver a comprar nada ahí.
 Terrible service, we asked for 9 color copy books and they did not have them one week later, the very high quality copy and the price did not confirm it because they did not have it in their list. Rude staff by phone and in person. To not buy anything there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pague el libro a color, nisiquiera viene completo, en el student book no vienen algunas unidades, unidades completas, faltan páginas, del workbook faltan páginas y otras me las dieron contestadas.
Que horror, Pésimo servicio.
Terrible service, pay for the color book, it does not even come complete, some units do not come in the student book, complete units, pages are missing, the workbook is missing pages and others gave me answers.
What a horror, terrible service.
