I have used this branch for years and today they lost me as a customer. Terrible treatment from a guy with glasses who is in the afternoons. I sent to print in color on the printer that was indicated to me, but the prints came out in black and white, and they wanted to charge me as color, they were 5! I sent to print 6 sheets in black and white and only 3 were printed and another 3 completely and totally in white, and they also wanted to charge them as printing. It seems illogical to me, and a lousy customer treatment. I offered to pay everything in black and white, since these companies usually charge their employees but the young man refused and said that the policy indicates that he should charge me, he said "either pay everything or take nothing" I asked that he will show me a sign or some document with said policy, to which he replied that it was in his personal contract ..... I withdrew since I do not plan to pay for the errors of the personnel and / or company. I find it very unfortunate and I do not recommend this branch to anyone, as they are always slow. I printed documents with sensitive and personal information, I hope that at least the handling of those documents is respected and they are destroyed.

Terrible service and attitude on the part of the staff that works there, I think they need to train their staff well, since the service has declined a lot, especially in customer service, they lost one more client!

Terrible service always. Today Sunday we arrived at 6:45 and it was already closed when its closing time is at 7:00. The ladies were there but they didn't want to attend to us.

I understand that he could be late opening but the lack of communication and the disinterested way of his treatment made it better for me to withdraw.
