Coqui Coqui stands for perfection. It's no surprise to find nothing but the best experience here. This is the perfect escape for anyone wanting to disconnect from the media and connect with themselves in stillness with nature. For couples, or short circle of friends or going solo... it's the best place to escape. From all the Coqui Residences I have been to, this one is my favorite. I'm not even sure I want to write such a great review because I fear it might get way too touristy... but I'm sure Coqui will thrive to provide exactly the opposite for the rest of their days. It's exclusivity is what makes it so peaceful and one of a kind magical experience.

Our stay was insane!!! This place is not what you are expecting... It is extremely private and perfect for a romantic getaway. It's not a hotel, it's a residence.. and you really feel like you live there. Pre-Arrival- We spoke with Jared over whatsapp and he booked our spa appointments. He was very friendly and helpful. Arrival - we were met by Maury, as we parked... she invited us in as the staff gathered our belongings. She gave us a tour of the common areas and showed us all of the items on display from their perfumeria. Our first step was to go through see which scents we liked, one for our room, one for our shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. One for my husbands cologne during our stay, and one for my perfume during the stay. The scents were AMAZING!!!!! After we chose, we received a welcome drink from the bar as we lounged by the pool while our room was being individually curated with the aromas of our liking. Once they were done we were taken to our room. The Room: We had a "basic" room as we used hotel points. It was not very basic at all! We had a balcony overlooking the pools and lagoon. The bathtub.... I love to soak and relax... this bathtub was soooooo big, it could have fit 3 people comfortably. 5/5 there alone. We also had an indoor/outdoor back patio area for more privacy with a huge lounge couch and a table where we could have our breakfast if we wanted. Bed was a king and very comfortable. The Staff: Waiters were: Henry Dzib, Jose Pech, and Arturo Mazun. We enjoyed every meal and the service we received. I really liked that the feeling is more "island time" than the normal hustle and bustle of a city. The Chef: Obed Ricardez. The food and beverages may take longer than you are used to but the items that emerge are of the best quality... juice is juiced then, food is prepared freshly, and you can taste that they took their time to create something certainly unique for every guest. Housekeeping: Zoila Pech, Sara Pech, Reyna Pech, and Camila Pech. Our room was cleaned very well and we wanted for nothing. Supplies in our mini bar were replenished and kept stocked. We rarely saw housekeeping as they worked in the shadows, but I know they were hard at work!!! :) Spa: Leopoldo and Claudia: We chose the 3 hour Coqui Coqui Ritual... It was 3 hours of pure bliss! It had it all, reflexology, acupressure, deep tissue and relaxing massage. Followed by a brown sugar and Mayan honey exfoliation. A wonderful facial then a bath to rinse as we enjoyed a detoxifying drink which was super yummy and then after more massage a calming botanical bath and an infused tea to end it. This experience was extremely relaxing and calming. WELL WORTH IT!!! Thank you Leopoldo and Claudia! Last but not least... Reception: Jared Moguel, Maury Cauich, Armando Suaste. These three are incredible at their jobs!!! This place runs like a well oiled machine and I know its because of the amazing staff and management. Reception is like the brain helping to make sure everything is running smoothly. All of these workers have done a fantastic job making our stay extremely enjoyable. I must also put a spotlight on Maury Cauich. Maury was so very kind and hospitable to us. You can really see how talented she is at what she does. Thank you all for making our stay so amazing. We hope to be back! I am almost out of my free perfume and need to purchase more! I love the Flor de Mayo!! Our scents: Room/Soaps-Coco Coco, Perfume-Flor de Mayo, Cologne- Tabaco. I am embarrassed to say that we stayed there March 16-18 and I am just now getting to this review but I wanted to let whoever know that reads this that I am appreciative of the service we received and to fully thank the individuals responsible for such a visit. Omg this place is amazing! It’s like being in a James Bond film. The staff is super friendly and have amazing attention to detail. The property itself is so unique and gorgeous. There are no pictures that can do it justice. Even the “gift shop” if you want to call an incredible curation of hand made perfumes, clothes, and leather goods that, was stunning.

A small group of us recently stayed in the Jungle Villa and the room above it, and we had an absolutely wonderful time! Jared and the team organized everything for us including our transportation from the airport. The rooms were gorgeous, the views were breath taking, and the service was unparalleled. We have stayed at other Coqui Coqui properties and were thrilled to add this one to our list. We can't wait to come back!

Absolutely amazing place, a must see even if it's just for lunch. My wife and I got massages, had lunch and a wonderful time relaxing by the pool for the afternoon. The food was amazing and the staff was super.

I love visiting this magical resort for its spa and super relaxing atmosphere. The staff are so caring and attentive. My beloved bride and I always plan a trip here when in Tulum. I recommend booking their rejuvenation package and arriving an hour early to lounge at the pool. Their onsite restaurant menu reads like typical local fare but as you can see from the pictures it’s anything but.

This place is amazing! The staff are so wonderful and they cater to every wish. If you can, splurge and get the 3 hour spa treatment. You'll never regret it. Be aware,however there are stairs for everything so keep that in mind.
