They steal from you and of course security cameras don't work.
My iphone was stolen while in the storage room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a shame that your belongs can be stolen by the workers and no one supports you to recover your stuff back. If you want to enjoy your stay in Tulum please don't sleep in here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right on the major street of downtown Tulum, has parking as well. Walking distance to nice restaurants. Very clean, safe, rooms have balconies or patios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice staff especially Uriel who is at the front desk. We ended up talking to him for 1.5h about Mexico and life, a great man with great intellect. The breakfast is included and it’s nice! Coffe could be better but it’s fine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a shame. Beautiful hotel but you get ROBBED. My iphone was stolen in my backpack when stored in the luggage room. The security camera didn't work, how convenient. Very hard to speak to the manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was an amazing place and ultra safe. There is at any moment someone in the reception and I have no idea how other review could have been so low. I left my objects in my room and nothin has happened to them (including sunglasses and laptop). I loved it and also the breakfast is quite good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in low season (May) and the hotel was very quiet, but the rooms are huge, the bed was comfortable, the shower worked and a/c worked. We had a balcony with a table, chairs and hammock overlooking the garden - great. The ADO bus station is a short walk.
The owner is building another 12 rooms so there was dust about but no construction was happening during our stay.
We left bags in the locked room including my backpack with camera, Mackook etc. with no problems.
