★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hubiera gustado que está crítica fuera de el producto que ofrece esta mueblería pero desafortunadamente está crítica es mera mente en el mal servicio que ofrecen por teléfono, Hablé a el número que está enlistado en esta aplicación el día de hoy (Abril/30 /2021 5:08pm) pues estaba interesado en comprar una recámara, pero me quede con un muy mal sabor de boca y con mucho enojo ? la persona que me contestó “María de Jesús” me respondió el teléfono de muy mala forma, primero diciendo que no me oía y que hablara más fuerte, ya después que de acuerdo a ella ya me escuchaba me empezó a ah hablar muy golpeado con un tono de voz molesto, casi como que si me estuviera ella haciendo un favor al contestarme el teléfono, le pregunte que quería hablar con su jefe o’ con el dueño, pues no me gusto la forma tan grocers en que me estaba hablando, de muy mala forma me contestó que no estaba y que no tenía hora para llegar.
Mi consejo para el dueño de esta mueblería, es que entrene a las personas que trabajan para su negocio ah contestar el teléfono de una forma profesional y respetuosa, como si estuvieran hablando con un potencial comprador, como puede a ver sido yo, para que de esta forma no se vallan los clientes ah gastar su dinero ah otro lugar donde si ofrezcan SERVICIO AL CLIENTE.
I would have liked this criticism outside of the product offered by this furniture store but unfortunately this criticism is merely the poor service they offer over the phone, I spoke to the number that is listed in this application today (April / 30/2021 5:08 pm) because I was interested in buying a bedroom, but I was left with a very bad taste in my mouth and very angry ? the person who answered me “María de Jesús” answered the phone in a very bad way, first saying no She heard me and spoke louder, and after, according to her, she was already listening to me, she began to speak very beaten with an annoying tone of voice, almost as if she were doing me a favor by answering the phone, I asked her what He wanted to speak with his boss or with the owner, because I did not like the way he was talking to me, in a very bad way he replied that he was not there and that he did not have time to arrive.
My advice to the owner of this furniture store is to train the people who work for your business to answer the phone in a professional and respectful way, as if they were talking to a potential buyer, as you can see, it was me, so that this way customers don't go away spending their money ah another place where they do offer CUSTOMER SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio al igual q los muebles, compre un comedor con sillas y una mesa de centro y la verdad estoy muy satisfecha con la atención y la calidad. Sin duda volvería a comprar ahí. Sólo una sugerencia, el flete ya debería de venir incluido, ya q se tiene q pagar aparte.
Excellent service as well as the furniture, I bought a dining room with chairs and a coffee table and the truth is I am very satisfied with the attention and quality. I would definitely buy there again. Just a suggestion, the freight should already be included, since it has to be paid separately.
