★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenísimo lugar para experimentar con el pollo frito. El lugar es pequeño, pero creo que eso lo hace mucho más acogedor e intimo. El Mac n Cheese de casi 1 Kg de comida es delicioso, así que debes llegar con mucha hambre o debes ser un gran trago para pedirlo. Le ponen unos ingredientes buenísimos al Mac n Cheese, que jamas pensarías que pueden hacer una gran combinación. Las papas van acompañadas de un toque de la preparación que le ponen al pollo frito y eso las hace más deliciosas aun.

 Great place to experiment with fried chicken. The place is small, but I think that makes it much more cozy and intimate. The Mac n Cheese of almost 1 kg of food is delicious, so you must arrive very hungry or you must be a big drink to order it. They put some great ingredients in Mac n Cheese that you would never think would make a great combination. The potatoes are accompanied by a touch of the preparation that they put on the fried chicken and that makes them even more delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí las tiras de pollo para llevar, el empanizado se notaba un poco quemado igual que las papas, su color se veía muy oscuro, como si el aceite en el que las hicieron ya estuviera muy usado.
I ordered the chicken strips to take away, the breading was a bit burnt like the potatoes, their color looked very dark, as if the oil in which they were made was already very used.

Mac n cheese didn't taste like anything. It lacks salt and seasoning. The potatoes were delicious. The chicken strips more or less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin duda un gran lugar, de esos escondidos por la gran CDMX. clásicos de pollo fritos, bien logrados con salsa ricas no exageradas con el vinagre y el sabor bueno. El aderezo blue cheese con buen sabor, sin estar rebajado y gran acompañamiento. Si le tengo que poner un pero, sería el pan, aunque es bastante bueno es muy grande para la porción de pollo. Y termina en algún momento matando el sabor principal de la proteína. Pero muy bien todo. Sus papas excelentes :)
Without a doubt a great place, one of those hidden by the great CDMX. Fried chicken classics, well done with a rich sauce not overdone with vinegar and good flavor. The blue cheese dressing with good flavor, without being reduced and great accompaniment. If I have to put a but, it would be the bread, although it is quite good it is very large for the portion of chicken. And it ends up at some point killing the main flavor of the protein. But all very well. Their excellent potatoes :)

Estuvimos unos días en la CDMX y pedimos por Rappi (que por cierto muy buen servicio) unas hamburguesas de pollo que no sabíamos si iban a estar ricas, pero ¡Oh sorpresa! Al abrir la cajita ya te llega el olor delicioso de las papas y al desenvolver la hamburguesa comencé a babear.
Le di la primer mordida así solita (porque te ofrecen una variedad de salsas para acompañar) y fue de lo más delicioso ¡Pero! Le puse salsita de spicy barbecue y oh por dios fue una explosión de sabor delicioso en mi boca.
Sin duda tienen que probar.
Chicken Heart definitely won my heart.
We were in CDMX for a few days and we ordered some chicken burgers from Rappi (which by the way was very good service) that we didn't know if they were going to be delicious, but what a surprise! When you open the box you can already smell the delicious smell of the potatoes and when you unwrap the hamburger I started to drool.
I took the first bite just like that (because they offer you a variety of sauces to accompany) and it was the most delicious. But! I put spicy barbecue sauce on it and oh my god it was an explosion of delicious flavor in my mouth.
Definitely have to try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never in my entire 51 year existence had I spent TWENTY minutes waiting for fries until I stumbled upon this place. I am only giving it 2 stars because the fries themselves were actually quite tasty. However, they were definitely not worth the 20-minute wait. I was so appalled that I actually burst out laughing at the 15-minute mark.
