★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un sábado sin saber qué desayunar, encontramos "Corazón de Tierra".
Como preámbulo, no se nos antojaba nada estilo americano (como Ihop y Dennis), queríamos un desayuno rico, saludable y que además hubiera opciones de comida vegetariana y vegana.
Llegamos y el lugar estaba prácticamente vacío, la decoración muy linda por las fechas de día de los muertos. La arquitectura estilo industrial, los ventanales y por último las plantas, crean una atmósfera muy agradable.
Me encantó todo lo que ordenamos, desde jugos de gran variedad preparados al momento, hasta pan delicioso y casero para acompañar tu café. ☕
En mi caso pedí unas enchiladas rellenas de papas y nopales. Estaban deliciosas, la salsa un poco picante, pero aún así las disfruté muchísimo.
Me encanta que tengan opciones veganas de los platillos, y además que los ingredientes que usan son de excelente calidad. ??
Definitivamente volveremos pronto.
 One Saturday, without knowing what to eat for breakfast, we found "Corazón de Tierra".
As a preamble, we did not crave anything American style (like Ihop and Dennis), we wanted a rich, healthy breakfast and also had vegetarian and vegan food options.
We arrived and the place was practically empty, the decoration was very nice for the dates of the Day of the Dead. The industrial-style architecture, the windows and finally the plants, create a very pleasant atmosphere.
I loved everything we ordered, from a variety of juices prepared at the moment, to delicious and homemade bread to accompany your coffee. ☕
In my case, I ordered some enchiladas stuffed with potatoes and nopales. They were delicious, the sauce a bit spicy, but I still really enjoyed them.
I love that they have vegan options for the dishes, and also that the ingredients they use are of excellent quality. ??
We will definitely be back soon.

The seitan tacos were delicious!! The place is very friendly and quiet even to come to work for a while and eat something delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Están muy ricos los desayunos. Pedí unas enchiladas de la casa, la salsa verde está un poco picosita pero muy rica. El chai latte no está dulce y huele muy rico. Te traen una canasta con pan calientito, mantequilla y mermelada. Volveré para probar más platillos :)
The breakfasts are very rich. I ordered some enchiladas from the house, the green sauce is a little spicy but very tasty. The chai latte is not sweet and it smells very good. They bring you a basket with warm bread, butter and jam. I will come back to try more dishes :)

Llegué junto con mi novia y pedimos un café americano y un chai latte. Nos abrieron la mesa con pan calientito y una mermelada muy buena.
Como desayuno, yo pedí un sandwich de la granja y ella unas enchiladas. Ambas platos buenísimos junto con la atención y el lugar muy tranquilo y disfrutable.
Perfecto para venir en un plan de cita amorosa, o con tu familia o simplemente solo para disfrutar de unos alimentos deliciosos.
A very stylish place.
I arrived with my girlfriend and we ordered an American coffee and a chai latte. They opened the table for us with warm bread and a very good jam.
For breakfast, I had a farmhouse sandwich and she had some enchiladas. Both very good dishes together with the attention and the very quiet and enjoyable place.
Perfect to come on a love date plan, or with your family or just to enjoy some delicious food.
