La verdad no compren aquí, prometen un super servicio y para nada. Mi muro tiene una super humedad, ya con moho, me entregaron la cocina mal e incompleta y aun tienen el descaro de no responder. E	Enrique M.S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casas bonitas pero muy mal hechas, hay filtraciones por todos lados, materiales de mala calidad, se da una cuota de 450 mensuales para mantenimiento y servicios de los cuales la alberca siempre tiene agua Fria, está sucia, y no hay un control de visitantes a la alberca, los vigilantes los cambian a cada rato y eso no es bueno por seguridad de los colonos, las áreas verdes están descuidadas, no es plantar por plantar se debe tener una planeación, la atención al cliente por parte de la administración es PÉSIMA, no te dan respuesta por los desperfectos de las casas y tardan mucho o no solucionan a tiempo los problemas, ya se han dado casos de robos a las casas por la falta de elementos de seguridad y de protección del fraccionamiento. Latina que ya compré aquí pero si me hubiera enterado antes del estadio de la construcción y de la atención por parte de sadasi y altta homes JAMAS hubiera comprado aquí... Tengan cuidado si llegan a comprar aquí lo mejor es exigir buena calidad de antes de que hagan la compra... El modelo de casa que visite es pequeño pero la distribución hace que se vea muy amplio y agradable. Me encantan sus roof garden! The subdivision is new and maintains perfect conditions in the common areas. The model of house that you visit is small but the distribution makes it look very spacious and pleasant. I love their roof garden!
