★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saben de computadoras, pero es cierto que no contestan en el local, yo fui a mantenimiento de mi laptop y marque como 5 veces al local y no contestan, supongo que es por que en estos momentos por la contingencia están trabajando desde sus hogares pero deberían aclarar eso al cliente y darles el número personal. Creo que para trabajos simples esta bien por el precio pero para cosas más complejas recomiendo que busquen otras opciones.
They know about computers, but it is true that they do not answer at the premises, I went to maintenance on my laptop and dialed the premises about 5 times and they do not answer, I suppose it is because at the moment due to the contingency they are working from their homes but they should clarify that to the client and give them the personal number. I think that for simple jobs it is good for the price but for more complex things I recommend that you look for other options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, lleve mi computadora (el modelo es reciente) por una revisión simple, se tardó un día entero y al recibir el equipo presento problemas que no tenía antes, uno de los principales fue una alerta de la batería que no marcaba antes de ir, actualmente el rendimiento no es el mismo (está peor que antes de la revisión).
También se me cobró la configuración de la impresora, pero dicha configuración no funcionó.
Terrible service, take my computer (the model is recent) for a simple review, it took a whole day and when I received the equipment I had problems that I did not have before, one of the main ones was a battery alert that did not mark before going , currently the performance is not the same (it is worse than before the review).
I was also charged for the printer setup, but the setup didn't work.
