Fui a cotizar unas llantas y se encontraban ocupados con otros clientes pero nadie fue para siquiera decir "buenas tardes" o "enseguida le atienden"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dan el servicio como lo ofrecen, mal acabado, te dicen que chocaron niveles y así como entro sale, manchada la carrocería y caro además de manchar los interiores.
They do not provide the service as they offer it, poorly finished, they tell you that they collided levels and as soon as they entered, they left, stained the bodywork and expensive as well as staining the interiors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casi todos los talleres a donde llevo mi auto me brindan una confianza en el servicio. Desafortunadamente no fue este lugar. Compré unas llantas y llegaron sin contratiempos a pesar de que hice cita de servicio no se respetan los turnos. La gente que realiza los servicios estan muy distraidos en su trabajo, desconozco si los costos aqui son mas economicos que la misma agencia; pero si mi servicio mayor en agencia está en 3,200 y aquí cuesta 1,000 menos no conviene ahorrarlos, creo y soy de la idea que a estos lugares les hace falta personal debido a la cantidad de gente que les llega; creando asi un ambiente de preocupacion y estres que no disminuye durante el día y el trabajo sigue llegando. Asi que en ese mismo momento cancelé todos los servicios y me llevé mis llantas a buscar en otro lugar y vean son las 2 de la tarde y ya hasta lo llevé a lavar. La idea es buscar y no solo irse por la finta de un lugar bien establecido. Hay que buscar opciones.
Almost every workshop I take my car to gives me a confidence in the service. Unfortunately it was not this place. I bought some tires and they arrived safely even though I made a service appointment, shifts are not respected. The people who perform the services are very distracted in their work, I don't know if the costs here are cheaper than the same agency; but if my highest agency service is 3,200 and here it costs 1,000 less, it is not convenient to save them, I believe and I am of the idea that these places lack personnel due to the number of people who come to them; thus creating an environment of concern and stress that does not diminish during the day and the work continues to arrive. So at that very moment I canceled all services and took my tires to look elsewhere and see it's 2 in the afternoon and I even took it to wash. The idea is to search and not just leave for the feint of a well established place. You have to look for options.

La cuenta resultó en 12 mil les pedí sólo el servicio a lo que fui, salí a carretera y no pude subir mi auto a más de 100
Probé balancear todas las llantas y estaban más descalibradas (la primera foto es del negocio y la segunda donde si me pudieron resolver)
No se dejen engañar por ser un establecimiento muy grande
I took my car to alignment and balancing, they asked me to change suspension and 3 tires
The account turned out to be 12,000. I only asked for the service to which I went, I went out on the road and I could not raise my car to more than 100
I tried to balance all the tires and they were more out of calibration (the first photo is from the business and the second where they could solve it for me)
Do not be fooled by being a very large establishment
