NO ME DEJA HACER NADA MÁS A MENOS QUE CUMPLA CON ESE PASO y es bastante molesto. No importa si cierro la app y regreso a ella, me impone obligatoriamente la pantalla para calificar el envío y dejar propina... Pésima experiencia con la app. Es como si en el restaurante no me dejaran salir del establecimiento a menos que llene una encuesta y decida dejar o no propina.
I came exclusively to put a star because now the app FORCES me to put a rating and a tip to the shopper. IT DOESN'T LET ME DO ANYTHING ELSE UNLESS YOU COMPLY WITH THAT STEP and it is quite annoying. Nos duplicaron cobros.
En Diciembre me hicieron 2 cobros y la mercancía nunca llego, llevo 2 meses intentando me regresen mi dinero fueron más de $8,000 mil pesos. Por parte de ellos no hay ninguna respuesta positiva
Ahora dicen que si regresaron el dinero pero no es verdad no tengo ninguna devolución por parte de ellos.
Mucho cuidado por favor con esta empresa

We were double charged.
In December they made me 2 charges and the merchandise never arrived, I have been trying for 2 months to get my money back, it was more than $8,000 thousand pesos. There is no positive response from them.
Now they say that they did return the money but it is not true that I do not have any refund from them.
