Una de las recepcionistas pone más atención a su celular que al cliente (una Guera mayor regordeta). Un estudio caro que debían entregarme el reporte a las 2 me lo postergaron a las 6:30 con perjuicio. De mi familiar enfermo. Debo reconocer a una Sra mayor que me pregunto y se preocupo más que la aparentemente jefa de recepcionistas.
Indeed, very good facilities but I have to deal with incompetent workers. One of the receptionists pays more attention to her cell phone than the customer (a plump older Guera). An expensive study that had to give me the report at 2 o'clock postponed it to me at 6:30 with prejudice. From my sick relative. I must recognize an older lady who asked me and cared more than the apparently head of receptionists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal planeamiento de citas, la recepcionista con todo respeto no sabe que significa atención al cliente, déspota y no debería de trabajar ahí.
Si se paga por un servicio por lo menos que te traten con respeto. Deberían de actualizar el calendario que tener un libro y aun usar papel y lápiz y tenerlo digital esto complica las cosas.
Son buenas las instalaciones, tardan mucho tiempo en darte tus exámenes, no te hablan para decirte que están listos (pero te dicen que te hablarán) y uno tiene que preguntar por ellos y simplemente te dicen que acaban de salir por arte de magia. ??♂️
Jamás regresaré ni recomendaré a nadie. Hay lugares más simples con mejor trato en recepción que la señora pedante y despota.
Bad appointment planning, the receptionist with all due respect does not know what customer service means, despot and should not work there.
If you pay for a service at least they treat you with respect. They should update the calendar to have a book and even use paper and pencil and have it digital this complicates things.
The facilities are good, they take a long time to give you your exams, they do not talk to you to tell you that they are ready (but they tell you they will talk to you) and one has to ask for them and they simply tell you that they just left by magic. ??♂️
I will never return or recommend to anyone. There are simpler places with better treatment at reception than the pedantic lady and despot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia el día de hoy, acudí a la sucursal la loma a que le tomaran una muestra de sangre a mi abuelita y la química la punciono 3 veces, al ver mi desagrado por lo sucedido tomó una actitud muy arrogante; le solicite de favor que me entregara los resultados el lunes para llevarlos a la cita médica y se negó rotundamente.
Creo que por el precio que pagamos por el servicio merecemos un trato mejor y que cumplan con las necesidades de cada paciente
Very bad experience today, I went to the La Loma branch to have a blood sample taken from my grandmother and the chemistry punctured her 3 times, seeing my displeasure at what happened, she took a very arrogant attitude; I asked him to please give me the results on Monday to take to the medical appointment and he flatly refused.
I believe that for the price we pay for the service we deserve better treatment and that they meet the needs of each patient

Aún pagando más de 7,000 pesos, por unos laboratorios y estudio de ultrasonido me entregaron mis estudios de sangre incompletos después de 14 días porque según eso tenía que esperar. Cuando me estaba realizando el ultrasonido entró la secretaria o recepcionista, lo cual ni el doctor ni ella respeto mi privacidad.estando descubierta. Todavía uno paga, y si trata a la gente como si fuera un servicio de beneficiencia. Hoy llame a este teléfono para reclamar mis estudios de laboratorio y ningúno contesta. La verdad el PEOR SERVICIO PRIVADO. no se recomiendo a nadie. De a ver sabido que me iban a tratar así me hubiera ido a otro lugar.
Terrible service. I went 14 days ago thinking that I would have the best medical service as a patient. Still paying more than 7,000 pesos, for some laboratories and an ultrasound study they gave me my incomplete blood tests after 14 days because according to that I had to wait. When I was having the ultrasound, the secretary or receptionist came in, which neither the doctor nor she respected my privacy. I was uncovered.
