Wifi is advertised on the door, but does not work.
Coffee was terrible.
Ordered Cezar salad with salmon - they litterry brought me 4 salad leaves (not cut lol) with a raw piece of unfrozen salmon. It was heated up in a microwave or somethin.
Officially the worst place I visited over a month in Mexico.

I am currently sitting at the restaurant.
It took them 10 minutes to even bring me a menu, another 20 minutes to take my order.
I ordered a Hamburger cooked medium-well, and it was more towards medium-rare. Also, the hamburger looks like a simple frozen burger out of a grocery store family package.
Prices and excessively high for this food.
I thought that sitting in a place with high proces that looks fancy means good food and good service - but I was definitly wrong. Wouldn't recommend at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible food, undercooked t-bone (pieces near the bone were terribly raw) and extremely expensive for what they’re offering. The salad was bitter and the tortillas were cold. The cloth they used to put them in the table came with a reddish stain, very unprofessional and icky. Besides that, at the time to make the payment their terminals didn’t work with my debit card (it was working perfectly) and all of the sudden they blocked my card because they damage the chip for all the times they tried... the only solution was to run to an ATM to take cash (very far from my gate and very close to boarding time) and they left me without any chance to buy anything with both of my cards again (all my holidays). But the most important thing, horrible food, very expensive, very mediocre and certainly not too clean. They don’t know how to handle technical difficulties. Not good at all.
