★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here this weeknd it was pretty nice. But our stuff like money and some ducuments were stolen while we were out at the beach. Hosts didnt bother to show much interest other than just call me once text me that was it, never came over to check it out or help us. All i know it was some one that had a key to go into the condo. There was no force entry or nothing because we had locked it when we left and we we came back our stuff was gone and the door was still locked. I dont recomend staying here and would never stay here again. Never had an expereince like this anywhere else in Penasco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely, well kept grounds, great swimming pool. Had fun watching sunsets on the margarita decks on the roof with other really friendly guests. It was only steps from the beach where people were playing volleyball and tanning on the beautiful sand beach. Driving distance to the Malecón, fish markets and restaurants. Felt safe behind the gated entrance to get to our unit, near the guards for Las Conchas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow the people here were so nice. The margaritas deck on the roof had happy hour for sunset every night. Views of the sunsets were spectacular. Walking to and on the seashore was incredible. We walked to the Pitaya bar where people were playing horseshoes and enjoying the Oceanview. Beers were so cheap.
