Starting with water necessities Wich was shut off several times with in the first 30hrs in our vacation, once up to 5hrs in the middle of the day. Regarding amenities there was no Wi-Fi in the room, there was only one grill for the entire condo community, Wich was barely held up on it's own, the central pool was contaminated with alge so bad you couldn't see the bottom of steps and the spa had cero visibility. The secondary play pool was over chemical treated and swimers were allowed in the pool inmediately after they chemical shocking the pool. Must of the gym equipment was not functional including the AC with temperature 100 degrees. With all these issues there was no manager on site until I demanded assistance with security several times. Additionally I requested my money be returned and I would leave 3 days of 4days vacation, so I could seak alternative accommodations elsewhere. At no time was I given the option to back out or any of my money be refunded completely.

The worst resort ive been to. I don't know how they could have 4 1/2 stars, They don't know how to organize a resort. The owner did not respond when we had problems and the site manager left when all the water was turned off to the entire resort. The pool is full of algae and chemicals that make you're skin itchy, also No Wi-Fi at all. I complained about this and I wanted to get my money back because they lied, but the owner is making excuses to return any of our money. The site manager said they would reply with compensation but we have yet to hear anything back. I do not recommend this place when there are so many other responsible and value alternatives.

Very beautiful view of the ocean water was running perfectly fine we had very fast wifi security was out 24/7 patrolling the area very clean place pools where nice and clean also only problem was is that the rooms dont have numbers on them

We had a bad experience here and these are individually owned. The numbers are super confusing took over 30 min to find our place and when we did the power was off the owner said they didn't know if they paid their bill.

The view is AMAZING! Be sure to stay on the ocean view side. Waking up to nothing but ocean makes it worth every penny!

Beautiful condo with a view of the Sea of Cortez. Well maintained and up to date. Great location to vacation with choices of things to do. Very quiet and peaceful.

I absolutely loved this place. Especially the security man who was there pretty much every time we left or came back. He was so sweet. He definitely deserves a raise for how hard he works there! This place was almost like my families personal resort since hardly anyone was in the pools or even walking around.

This place is amazing but it needs a little bit more of lighting in the night and more security. There’s people coming from outside the complex to stay in the pool, (one owner told me about this, being carefully with your belongings)
