Recomendable para alguien que desea adquirir experiencia solo eso.
Si cuentas con experiencia, aconsejo: hay mejores lugares para desempeñar tu conocimiento. Ya que solo irás a enriquecer al dueño & sus preferencias a excepción tuya
& te meten outsourcing.
Las bonificaciones se pagan cada que ellos quieren. Los días extras no se pagan doble como se marcan en la LFDT ($20 de más a comparación de un día normal)
& entrando a la LFDT, no saben lo que es, en parte de prestaciones solo al tercer mes & eso el SS nada más.
Buena la estancia en el lugar, desagradable ver todo el trance que realizan después de renunciar
It was good while I was there, the work environment, good colleagues & good bosses.
Recommended for someone who wants to gain experience just that.
If you have experience, I advise: there are better places to use your knowledge. Since you will only enrich the owner & his preferences except for you
& they get you outsourcing.
The bonuses are paid whenever they want. Extra days are not paid double as marked in the LFDT ($ 20 more compared to a normal day)
& entering the LFDT, they do not know what it is, partly benefits only the third month & that is the SS nothing more.
Good stay at the place, unpleasant to see all the trance they go through after resigning
