Para nada vas a tener el apoyo de una buena líder.
Deberás adivinar lo que piensa tu jefa si no quieres que se moleste por no hacer lo que pensaba.
Tanta rotación de personal hace que se sienta un ambiente laboral poco saludable.
Por su puesto jornadas largas de trabajo intenso y ninguna prestación superior.
Hace falta mucho mejorar la calidad de las personas que trabajan ahí, desde los que atienden a los clientes hasta los que trabajan en el laboratorio.
Things to consider before working here:
You are not going to have the support of a good leader at all.
You will have to guess what your boss thinks if you don't want her to be bothered by not doing what she thought.
So much staff turnover makes it feel like an unhealthy work environment.
Of course, long hours of intense work and no superior service.
