★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de ayer les llame para solicitar precio de reparación de un equipo lenovo y la señorita que me atendió me pidió que le enviara un correo con la información del equipo para que por la misma vía me cotizaran. Hasta el momento no me han mandado la cotización y les he estado llamando casi todo el día pero nadie contesta, esto no habla bien de una empresa dice tener tanta certificación iso.
Yesterday I called you to request a repair price for a Lenovo device and the lady who attended me asked me to send you an email with the information of the team so that they would quote me in the same way. So far they have not sent me the quote and I have been calling them almost all day but nobody answers, this does not speak well of a company says it has so much iso certification.
