★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, fui a solicitar una cotización y solo me dieron el monto total de lo que solicite, argumentando la Señorita que me atendió (inclusive una persona muy poco capacitada para esta actividad) que no podían imprimir la cotización y mucho menos dar los precios. Si esto es una política no se como quieren ganar la confianza del cliente si no proporcionan información, ya que nosotros trabajamos por cotizaciones por lo cual ya no lo podemos contemplar como proveedor. Muy decepcionante el servicio inclusive del personal que me atendió.
Very bad experience, I went to request a quote and they only gave me the total amount of what I requested, arguing the Miss who attended to me (including a person very little trained for this activity) that they could not print the quote and much less give the prices . If this is a policy, I do not know how they want to gain the trust of the client if they do not provide information, since we work for quotes, so we can no longer see it as a supplier. Very disappointing the service including the staff that attended to me.
