★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si solo piensas comprarles 1 maquina, no eres importante para los vendedores, jamas mandan las cotizaciones y pesimo servicio. Les recomiendo las impresoras Dymo, incluso vinieron a entregarme y capacitarme a domicilio!!!!!
If you only think to buy 1 machine from them, you are not important to the sellers, they never send the quotes and terrible service. I recommend Dymo printers, they even came to deliver and train me at home !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son los mejores tienen unas impresoras a super buen precio como las TSC y las de casa "ribetec" que ayudan mucho cuando vendes en mercado libre además tienen ingenieros que dan soporte de manera directa y no con el proveedor cuando tienes un problema. No dudes en comprar con ellos.
They are the best, they have printers at a super good price like the TSC and the ones from home "ribetec" that help a lot when you sell in the free market, they also have engineers who provide support directly and not with the supplier when you have a problem. Don't hesitate to buy from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, solo te venden la maquina y después puro desinterés y mala atención, dicen que llamaran y nunca lo hacen, tampoco las propuestas, y si tienes urgencia por servicio técnico ETERNA la espera de atención y debes insistir mucho ! El asesores Rene Rodriguez pésimo en servicio y atención, la verdad busquen cualquier otra opción para soluciones por que aquí solo les causarán problemas y perderán tiempo y dinero.
Terrible service, they only sell you the machine and then pure disinterest and bad attention, they say they will call and they never do, neither do the proposals, and if you have an urgency for ETERNAL technical service, you wait for attention and you must insist a lot! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen respaldo de grande marcas y diversificación de productos, la atención personal es destacable, desafortunadamente no lo es asi, una ves que te piden anticipo y se deslindan de la atención personalizada, seguimiento del pedido, incumplen con tiempos de entrega, incluso prometen entregar pedidos con las características que se solicitan antes del anticipo, cerca a entregar el pedido te mencionan que no serán las características como se solicitaron desde el inicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una pena que un Lugar que pudiera ser el mejor en productos se vea manchado por su poco profesionalismo, después de comprar una impresora a la segunda compra de consumibles dejaron de contastestarme , y empezaron a ignorarme , escalé el problema y el encargado Rene se disculpó y prometió que lo solucionaría , acto siguiente le hago un pedido a el, lo pago y empieza a ignorar mis mensajes solicitándole número de guía de una mercancía, tardo 1 semana en enviármela, y eso que estuvo constantemente preguntándole
Conclusión: yo no compraría ahí en el caso de que no acudieras físicamente , ya que va a ser un martirio trabajar con ellos, toda la tienda es cero responsable
