★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una empresa muy informal, aparte que demora en darte respuesta sobre el inmueble, no llevan un seguimiento correcto y confunden tu documentación, ya que estas en el no te resuelve los inconvenientes, muy mala empresa no esta recomendada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los vecinos hemos detectado que esta empresita sigue teniendo empleados dentro de las instalaciones a pesar de ENCONTRARANOS EN EMERGENCIA SANITARIA FASE 2 DE COVID, han ignorado las indicaciones sanitarias que establecen suspender actividades NO ESENCIALES, no logran comprender que sus servicios no son indispensables para la comunidad, son IRRESPONSABLES, INSOLIDARIOS, IGNORANTES y pasan por alto las indicaciones del gobierno, tengan cuidado con está empresita nada responsable, si eso hacen con sus empleados, me quiero imaginar la clase de servicios que prestan, seguramente son unos abusivos vividores

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper informales!!! cobran una anualidad de "PÓLIZA JURÍDICA" de la cual no te dan factura, las encargadas de llevar la administración son super irresponsables, hoy te dicen una cosa, 2 meses otra, llevo 2 meses pidiendo un mantenimiento del edificio y hay que estarles recordando lo que deben hacer, La tal Laura es una déspota mal educada, típica naquita IGUALADA.
El dueño es prepotente, de la vieja guardia. A mi me sacaron lo que pudieron y honestamente es un robo todo lo que te cobran.
Nadie los regula y hacen lo que se les da la gana.
PESIMO, ENCIMA DE RATEROS: ENGREIDOS!!
